Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global international tax strategy and planning, including cross-border structuring, financing, and legal entity optimization for expansion.
  • •Own Pillar Two and OECD/BEPS initiatives, assessing impacts and implementing structures, processes, and compliance/reporting to manage effective tax rate.
  • •Manage and oversee international tax audits, including transfer pricing examinations and information requests, coordinating responses and advisors.
  • •Design and maintain global transfer pricing policy, methodologies, documentation, and intercompany pricing; prepare intercompany agreements and allocations.
  • •Advise business and cross-functional teams on tax planning for initiatives and contracts; lead acquisition/investment due diligence, modeling, due diligence roadmaps, and process improvement in tax governance.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of international tax experience with hands-on leadership across audits, transfer pricing, and global structuring.
  • •Experience with Pillar Two/BEPS and OECD regimes, including US international tax topics such as Subpart F, GILTI, and FDII.
  • •Experience leading tax audits/controversies, managing advisors, and coordinating cross-functional responses to senior leadership.
  • •Experience designing and managing transfer pricing policies, intercompany agreements, and documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •JD, Masters, or CPA and experience structuring for cross-border M&A, integrations, and global expansion; strong financial modeling and scenario planning skills.
