Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions to deliver an excellent offboarding experience.
  • •Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy while ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Lead and facilitate client meetings for workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations; influence and negotiate positive outcomes.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining accurate employee records under strict privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  • •Process offboarding on Remote’s internal HRIS platform and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance) and external parties as needed.

Key Requirements
