Part Time Supervisor

Create a high-energy store experience by engaging customers, modeling service behaviors, and supervising/coaching associates to ensure strong sales and service. Proactively resolve customer concerns and partner with store management on elevated issues. Support onboarding and ongoing training on culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and store programs. Help drive daily sales and performance goals, manage cash and merchandise operations, and supervise the team in the absence of other management.
