Drive continuous improvement across Honeywell manufacturing sites by leading productivity ideation sessions and analyzing processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency, productivity, and quality. Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations to develop and implement best practices. Oversee end-to-end process and project execution for internal and external clients, issue clear instructions, and mentor junior colleagues while staying current on manufacturing technology and industry trends.
