Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and lead productivity ideation sessions across manufacturing sites to gather innovative ideas and solutions.
  • •Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations teams to develop and implement best practices for productivity improvement.
  • •Support execution of ideas with the PM team and manage end-to-end processes and projects for internal and external clients with timely, accurate delivery.
  • •Oversee, supervise, and review team tasks, issue clear instructions, and mentor junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on continuous improvement and productivity enhancement.
  • •Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
  • •Experience with processes such as casting and machining, metal mechanics, quality assurance, manufacturing operations, process automation, plastics/injection molding, stamping, or metal forming (or similar).
  • •Fluency in English; strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
