Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide proactive and strategic leadership to the Mid-Atlantic civil team to achieve project deliverables and client requirements.
  • •Perform engineering review of design plans, specifications, estimates, reports, and deliverables for regulatory and engineering practice compliance.
  • •Review transit and related facilities for ADA/DOT/ABA accessibility compliance and assess structural/civil elements affecting accessibility and sustainability.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Engineer license in VA, MD, or DC required.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
  • •10+ years of post-education experience in engineering, civil and infrastructure design.
  • •Advanced proficiency with infrastructure design and relevant civil construction laws, codes, regulations, and compliance practices.
  • •Ability to work independently and provide guidance and leadership to mid- to senior-level team/project members with QA/QC adherence.
