Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day transactional accounting, including general bookkeeping and accurate journal entry posting in QuickBooks.
  • •Assist with accounts payable by routing invoices for approval and ensuring timely payments.
  • •Support accounts receivable with client requests, vendor setups, and AR follow-ups.
  • •Support payroll by preparing/reviewing inputs, ensuring accurate processing, posting payroll journal entries, and reconciling payroll accounts.
  • •Contribute to month-end close with bank reconciliations and ensure key financial statements are properly recorded and balanced.

Key Requirements
