Job Summary

Drive portfolio management for the bank-wide Impact Finance (IF) program, supporting credit risk strategy within Credit Strategy and Credit Risk Management. Partner with business units to identify and manage emerging risks, develop metrics and policies, and coordinate risk management projects across assigned industries. Support technology and analytics needs, perform scenario analysis, and deliver management reports and presentations to influence decision-making and risk appetite alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Credit Risk Management and business units to identify and manage emerging risks for the Impact Finance portfolio using relevant metrics and segmentation.
•Assist in defining technology project requirements to gather data and support ongoing or ad-hoc analyses.
•Work with the centralized reporting team to maintain reporting, risk limits, and analyses, including scenario analysis.
•Prepare management reports and presentations communicating progress on credit-focused initiatives.
•Develop proactive, forward-looking viewpoints and recommendations for managing risk and influencing positive change across assigned industries/portfolios.

Salary: USD 119,765 - 140,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
•Typically more than eight years of applicable experience
•Understanding of basic credit risk management concepts, including underwriting and/or credit risk portfolio management experience
•Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends impacting the assigned line of business
•Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office applications and tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
