  • •Lead and implement fixed plant strategies and the Pilbara Projects China Sourcing Plan.
  • •Build and manage the Pilbara Projects fixed plant portfolio, supporting development of a high-performing procurement team.
  • •Manage dispute resolution for complex contractual claims and provide sound contractual judgements and value-based solutions.
  • •Maximise commercial value through leading contract management practices, behaviors, and risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Business and/or Commercial Law (or related discipline).

  • •Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with experience working autonomously against critical milestones.
