Key Responsibilities

  • •Review developer construction schedules end-to-end, validating logic, critical path, near-critical activities, float, sequencing, and delivery/commissioning/testing timelines.
  • •Assess supply chain and resourcing behind schedules, including long-lead equipment orders and resource loading.
  • •Define and enforce evidence standards by clearly separating confirmed vs assumed dates/numbers, and QA higher-stakes findings before client delivery.
  • •Identify schedule-hidden risks across long-lead equipment, permitting, utility connections, seasonal weather, and compressed commissioning windows; provide acceleration analysis when dates are at risk.
  • •At construction start, ensure a clear schedule record handover covering what was confirmed, what was assumed, and what remains an open risk, and build benchmarks, templates, and checklists for the team.

Salary: USD 170,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of planning and scheduling experience, with data center or other mission-critical facility delivery strongly preferred.
  • •Independently review and challenge a developer’s construction schedule, including critical path, float, sequencing, and whether delivery and testing timelines are realistic.
  • •Experience training, mentoring, or reviewing other schedule/planning professionals.
  • •Working fluency in P6 (or equivalent) with logic, critical path, and float credibility.
  • •Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) or similar methods to sanity-check reported progress against schedule progress.
