Program Controls Manager

Lead program controls for a large, complex five-year capital improvement program supporting the Water business line. Manage budgeting and scheduling, cost management for the PMO, and reporting of progress and expenditures. Oversee setup and maintenance of project controls systems (including work breakdown structure), master scheduling, forecasting at completion (EAC costs/hours), contingency and risk analysis, and scope-change incorporation into cost and schedule deliverables. Prepare program reports for client delivery.
