Compliance Counsel

Provide business-focused compliance guidance for Spain and the broader EMEA region across data privacy, cybersecurity, labor and employment, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, corporate ethics, and regulatory risk. Partner with Legal, HR, Information Security, Internal Audit, and business leaders to support GDPR and cross-border privacy requirements, advise on cybersecurity governance and incidents, and lead/support internal investigations and corrective actions. Develop and maintain compliance policies, controls, and training while monitoring regulatory change and supporting audits.
