Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide compliance guidance on applicable European and Spanish laws and regulations, including data privacy, cybersecurity, labor and employment, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, corporate governance, and ethics.
  • •Support privacy and data protection compliance, including GDPR, cross-border data transfers, data processing agreements, privacy impact assessments, and incident response.
  • •Advise on cybersecurity regulatory requirements, including cybersecurity governance, operational resilience, incident reporting, third-party risk management, and emerging European cybersecurity legislation.
  • •Support HR and business leaders on employment law compliance, workplace investigations, employee misconduct, and related matters (including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employee privacy).
  • •Support anti-bribery/anti-corruption and internal investigations, including gifts and hospitality, conflicts of interest, third-party due diligence, corrective actions, and compliance with applicable laws.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree and qualification to practice law in Spain.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • •Strong experience across more than one area such as compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity, labor and employment, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, internal investigations, or corporate ethics.
  • •Ability to provide practical, business-oriented compliance guidance across regulatory matters with internal and external experts.
  • •Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
