Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field plus 12+ years of related experience (or Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years).
  • •Expertise in large-scale distributed systems and high-volume data ingestion, including streaming architectures for petabyte-scale platforms.
  • •Specialized depth in Go or Java, including concurrency, memory management, secure coding, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • •Experience translating product or business strategy into a technical vision and leading major multi-team engineering programs.
  • •Experience defining architecture and engineering standards across teams, including observability, incident response, root-cause analysis, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
