Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously improve LTE RAN performance by evaluating and trending KPIs and conducting performance trials.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Samsung 4G/5G products to address deployment and customer tickets within predefined SLAs.
  • •Ensure end-to-end performance assurance so 4G/5G products (DU, RU, CU, AU) comply with customer network design.
  • •Conduct trials, tune parameters, and propose optimized settings with detailed reports to customers and internal groups.
  • •Lead technical discussions and RCA reviews, analyze schedule-related issues, and collaborate with HQ development and cross-functional teams to meet technical commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Networks or Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering) and 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the role or related engineering titles.
  • •5 years of telecommunications engineering experience.
  • •Hands-on 4G/5G call processing experience including RRC, S1-MME, S1-U, X2, RLC, MAC, and PHY protocols.
  • •Experience with wireless technologies and procedures including LTE/VoLTE and 5G.
  • •Experience across 3GPP RAN product architecture/design/implementation/performance improvements (KPIs), RF antenna technologies, and system engineering activities such as feature requirements, parameter optimization, performance analysis, test strategy creation, and troubleshooting.
