Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently own end-to-end additive manufacturing operations, including setup, operation, monitoring, and turnover of industrial 3D printers (FDM, SLA, SLS, and others).
  • •Lead post-print processing (powder removal, support removal, polishing, finishing, and dimensional inspection) to ensure parts meet quality and engineering requirements.
  • •Perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and serve as point of contact for OEM/distributor service.
  • •Continuously improve shop capabilities, capacity, quality, and throughput through process optimization and best practices.
  • •Provide DFM feedback to engineering and create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including delivering training to additive personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree or equivalency certificate.
  • •1+ years of experience assembling, maintaining, and/or operating and maintaining complex machinery.
  • •Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted and perform physical tasks like lifting/standing/climbing as required.
  • •Ability to obtain forklift certification.
  • •Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as required; travel occasionally to support critical projects.
