Job Summary

Lead legal support for strategic commercial, procurement, manufacturing, and AI infrastructure transactions, partnering with senior finance, operations, supply chain, and technology leaders to structure, draft, negotiate, and execute complex agreements. Advise on transaction strategy, risk allocation, governance, and execution while improving contracting efficiency through scalable legal processes, templates, and playbooks across global regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as lead counsel for strategic commercial, manufacturing, procurement, and infrastructure transactions.
•Structure, draft, negotiate, and execute complex agreements across supply chain, AI infrastructure, and enterprise technology.
•Advise senior executives on transaction strategy, risk allocation, governance, and execution.
•Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Information Security, HR, and other business teams to drive alignment.
•Mentor legal professionals and manage outside counsel to deliver high-quality, efficient support across global initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 189,700 - 325,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.B. from an accredited law school preferred.
•Active membership in good standing with a state or provincial bar preferred.
•Experience supporting complex commercial, technology, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
•Background leading high-value, strategic transactions within a global organization.
•Experience with AI, SaaS, software licensing, intellectual property, data privacy, and information security considerations.
