Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as lead counsel for strategic commercial, manufacturing, procurement, and infrastructure transactions.
  • •Structure, draft, negotiate, and execute complex agreements across supply chain, AI infrastructure, and enterprise technology.
  • •Advise senior executives on transaction strategy, risk allocation, governance, and execution.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Information Security, HR, and other business teams to drive alignment.
  • •Mentor legal professionals and manage outside counsel to deliver high-quality, efficient support across global initiatives.

Salary: USD 189,700 - 325,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.B. from an accredited law school preferred.
  • •Active membership in good standing with a state or provincial bar preferred.
  • •Experience supporting complex commercial, technology, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  • •Background leading high-value, strategic transactions within a global organization.
  • •Experience with AI, SaaS, software licensing, intellectual property, data privacy, and information security considerations.
