Job Summary

Account Executive for the DACH SMB segment in a hybrid Ireland-based role. You will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding an existing SMB portfolio across German-speaking markets, qualify opportunities, upsell additional SaaS products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain programmatic engagement with existing Docusign clients to grow incremental revenue by uncovering use cases and opportunities within the Docusign agreement cloud
•Qualify sales opportunities based on the company’s sales methodology and metrics, including client fit and success criteria
•Position Docusign's value proposition as part of the client’s overall business solution and link benefits to key business issues
•Expand the solution beyond initial implementation by presenting, recommending, and upselling new products and partner solutions
•Process sales orders and facilitate customer onboarding, coordinating with other internal resources (professional services, training, product management, marketing) and maintaining CRM data

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•English and German language proficiency
•Experience in consultative SaaS sales and account management
•Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
•BS/BA degree
•Willingness to travel as necessary
