Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and certify interim valuations and review supplier/consultant payment applications based on progress.
  • •Evaluate variations, assess cost impacts, and maintain a variation register with approvals and implications.
  • •Review and analyze contractor claims for cost/entitlement/delay and support dispute resolution through contractual procedures.
  • •Prepare, negotiate, and finalize final accounts, validating variations, provisional sums, and quantity adjustments before closure.
  • •Monitor budget vs. expenditure, submit monthly cost reports, and maintain audit-ready commercial documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in commercial management with contractors, cost consultants, or developers.
  • •Strong knowledge of FIDIC and POMI (advantageous).
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD and PlanSwift, plus standard QS/commercial software.
  • •Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to support negotiation and dispute resolution.
