Key Responsibilities

  • •Own, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and yield performance.
  • •Analyze process, equipment, and production data to identify trends and drive data-informed continuous improvement.
  • •Conduct experiments, testing, and measurements to maintain process control, improve capability, and reduce variation, defects, and excursions.
  • •Develop, implement, and sustain process and equipment improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to support development, qualification, deployment, and transfer of new manufacturing technologies and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training, or a Master’s degree with no prior professional experience.
  • •Proficiency with technical tools, software, or systems relevant to manufacturing engineering.
  • •Demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • •Commitment to an initial 1-year contract term, with openness to a performance-based 1-year extension.
  • •Ability to translate complex manufacturing data into actionable insights.
