Job Summary

Drive TikTok Shop’s affiliate and creator growth in Düsseldorf by shaping affiliate program strategy, scaling creator/content supply, and improving creator GMV through partner and internal collaboration. Key Responsibilities

•Identify and execute affiliate program strategy based on business needs to drive quality creator/content supply and creator GMV growth at scale
•Collaborate cross-functionally to improve creators’ experience and create opportunities for creator growth through online/offline campaigns, brand opportunities, and product launches
•Hire and coach top talent, navigating ambiguity while adapting to frequent changes and influencing stakeholders
•Create and own short- and long-term creator development strategy to grow creator scale and sales in the market
•Deliver creator performance reports and insights by diagnosing audience conversion metrics; build internal processes to support partner and creator growth

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in online marketing, performance marketing, creator management, or a similar field
•Fluent in English and German to communicate with German stakeholders
•Strong communication and collaboration across diverse people and functions
•Strong interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication
•Preferred: strong logical analysis and data skills; commerce experience is a plus
