Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a hands-on architecture and engineering advisor for large-scale transformation initiatives across products, platforms, and services.
  • •Guide target-state architectures, modernization roadmaps, integration patterns, and reusable engineering standards.
  • •Work with engineering teams to shape solution designs that are practical, secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned to enterprise standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in large-scale technology engineering, architecture, design, and implementation, with hands-on advisory experience in complex transformation programs.
  • •7+ years of experience with a Java technology stack, including Java/Spring Boot-based application architecture, APIs, and microservices.
  • •Proven experience guiding modernization, platform transformation, cloud adoption, or large-scale engineering change initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of application architecture, data platforms, integration patterns, APIs, microservices, cloud practices, and enterprise delivery models.
  • •Ability to advise senior stakeholders while staying engaged with engineering teams on practical design and implementation decisions.
