Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and maintain the ISO 9001 quality system and implement ASME BPE-specific compliance requirements.
  • •Conduct internal audits and process audits, and drive closure of corrective actions to ensure closed-loop compliance.
  • •Establish and unify internal quality standards, review inspection specifications, standardize quality judgment bases, and deliver internal training.
  • •Identify process quality risks; lead root-cause analysis for batch and complex nonconformities and deliver corrective and preventive improvement plans.
  • •Support new project rollouts and process development, prepare and internally review PPAP documentation, perform quality risk assessments for new products and drawing/process changes, and analyze nonconformity trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or a related major.
  • •About 3–5 years of experience as a quality engineer or quality system engineer (automotive industry experience preferred).
  • •Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • •Proficient in quality control methods and statistical techniques.
  • •Ability to implement and maintain quality systems and quality control activities in a production/factory environment.
