Coordinate and support the delivery of contractual soft services under Total Facilities Management, ensuring timely, high-quality cleaning operations across multiple sites. Manage a diverse cleaning team, handle deployments, KPIs, invoices, client approvals, escalations, and operational reporting. Create work schedules aligned to scope, run regular cleaning audits, maintain disciplinary/incident/leave records, and improve service through CAFM system usage and new cleaning methods.
