Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teams.
  • •Drive business development to deliver strong branch and individual performance across Truist strategy areas including Small Business and Mass Affluent.
  • •Drive branch revenue by executing Small Business development, new client strategies, and growth routines (appointments, outbound calling, prospecting).
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics; complete required training for the team.
  • •Handle human capital responsibilities including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, ratings, counseling, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • •Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent experience and/or performance.
  • •One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check.
