Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting aligned with US headquarters requirements.
  • •Oversee review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis to maintain financial accuracy.
  • •Identify process gaps and implement scalable controls to strengthen financial governance and shorten close cycles across Europe.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Operations and regional teams to streamline accounting workflows and improve data quality.
  • •Coordinate internal and external audit requests and maintain comprehensive documentation for key accounting processes and SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) with at least 4 years of post-qualified experience.
  • •Significant post-qualification experience in a complex, fast-paced financial environment, ideally group reporting.
  • •Strong understanding of NetSuite (or equivalent ERP systems) and financial reporting tools.
  • •Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders across regions.
  • •Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in an evolving global business environment.
