Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
  • •Craft detailed design and implementation specifications for sophisticated products/applications/solutions.
  • •Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training.
  • •Support qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.
  • •Assist sales in RFx responses and participate in discovery sessions with sales to understand current processes and future state
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Presales and/or Services Consulting or other technical roles
  • •3+ years’ experience in HCM systems and/or processes
  • •Strong understanding of HR management functional areas (Core HCM, Time & Attendance, Rostering, Compensation, Payroll, Employee Engagement)
  • •Exposure to SaaS HR solutions from Workday, Oracle and SAP is advantageous
  • •Ability to travel 50% of the time
