Job Summary

Senior Solution Consultant specializing in Workforce Management and Payroll, you will support the Sales team with presales activities, deliver product demonstrations, craft design and implementation specifications, and help close opportunities by addressing questions about our solution, services, and training. You’ll qualify prospects, respond to RFxs, and travel up to 50% to engage customers and partners across Australia while advocating Workday HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
•Craft detailed design and implementation specifications for sophisticated products/applications/solutions.
•Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training.
•Support qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.
•Assist sales in RFx responses and participate in discovery sessions with sales to understand current processes and future state

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Presales and/or Services Consulting or other technical roles
•3+ years’ experience in HCM systems and/or processes
•Strong understanding of HR management functional areas (Core HCM, Time & Attendance, Rostering, Compensation, Payroll, Employee Engagement)
•Exposure to SaaS HR solutions from Workday, Oracle and SAP is advantageous
•Ability to travel 50% of the time
