Key Responsibilities

  • •Build scalable back-end systems and intuitive front-end interfaces, owning features from database schema through rendered UI.
  • •Develop tooling for model evaluation, active learning, and automated quality pipelines for ML workflows.
  • •Iterate rapidly on product and ship high-quality features with strong CI/CD and testing practices.
  • •Work closely with customers, product, and design to deeply understand problems and deliver impactful solutions.
  • •Contribute to team architecture decisions, engineering culture, and product direction.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong full-stack engineering experience with a track record of shipping products you’re proud of.
  • •Deep fluency in at least one high-level language (Python or TypeScript), with strong fundamentals and trade-off awareness.
  • •Strong front-end skills building polished, responsive interfaces, ideally with React.
  • •Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and containerised deployment (Kubernetes).
  • •Experience building at scale in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment; exposure to ML workflows or ML infrastructure is a plus.
