Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor foreclosure of real-estate-secured loans via designated law firms and vendors and update systems timely and accurately.
  • •Review foreclosure recommendations and documents to confirm equity position, risk of loss, and opportunities for loss mitigation and/or foreclosure.
  • •Prepare and review foreclosure documents for accuracy; review title reports and work title claims.
  • •Maintain accurate internal and external audit records for default servicing activities.
  • •Order/recommend appraisals or inspections, evaluate equity position, prepare bidding instructions, and ensure vacant properties are secured consistently with Huntington’s interest.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma.
  • •Minimum 1 year of work experience with knowledge of foreclosure documents and the court/legal process of foreclosure.
