Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Access Management UX research in India: scope, prioritize, and execute generative and evaluative research aligned with cross-border roadmaps across multiple OS platforms.
  • •Build and manage an exclusive user panel of key personas to create a direct pipeline to critical users and deepen customer empathy.
  • •Automate and operationalize recurring research work using AI tools (e.g., transcript synthesis, feedback classification, qualitative coding).
  • •Empower cross-functional partners in Product, Design, and Engineering to run high-quality evaluative studies via training frameworks, templates, and workflows.
  • •Apply methodological rigor with mixed approaches (contextual inquiry, usability testing, surveys, and quantitative analysis) and drive global alignment through storytelling and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of product development experience conducting UX research in enterprise/B2B environments, or a Master’s degree/PhD in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field with 2+ years of experience.
  • •A digital portfolio or case study deck showing end-to-end research ownership, generative/evaluative methodologies, and measurable business/product impact.
  • •Experience researching desktop and mobile applications across macOS, Windows, iOS, or Android environments.
  • •Demonstrated user research in complex, highly technical B2B, enterprise, security, or developer-facing domains.
  • •Background in identity, access management, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT admin tools is a strong plus.
