  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure it maintains safe to drive conditions.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers; a commercial license is not required for the hauler.
  • •Be able to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and frequent loading/unloading in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • •Must be at least 21, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card (and obtain a Notary within the first 90 days).
