Job Summary

Lead Amcor’s Bouxwiller manufacturing site, driving safety, operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement across production, maintenance, supply chain, and engineering. Own P&L performance, manage budgeting and CAPEX execution, and deliver key plant KPIs including OEE, waste, throughput, service, and cost. Build and develop a multidisciplinary leadership team while strengthening customer satisfaction and representing the site with stakeholders, unions, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the overall leadership, performance, and development of the Bouxwiller site.
•Create a safe, customer-focused environment; ensure EHS compliance and regulatory adherence.
•Oversee production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and engineering; deliver operational KPIs (OEE, waste, throughput, service, cost).
•Own the P&L, lead budgeting and strategic planning, and ensure disciplined CAPEX planning and execution.
•Lead continuous improvement and transformation (Lean/CI), build high-performing teams, and strengthen customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of manufacturing experience, including senior leadership roles.
•Strong operational background in extrusion, printing, thermoforming, or similar processes.
•Proven ability to lead P&L performance in a complex industrial environment.
•Demonstrated capability to lead cultural change and continuous improvement.
•Experience leading in unionised environments with strong social dialogue and stakeholder management.
