Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve tool utilization to meet BIC standards and eliminate low utilization tools to enable cost savings through cold/warm shutdowns.
  • •Generate globally aligned warm shutdown procedures that ensure safety and seamless recovery to production.
  • •Standardize practices and best-known methods (BKMs) across process areas by building global alignment teams and maintaining a BKM library for equipment and process engineers.
  • •Align and integrate preventive maintenance (PM) procedures across Micron using a standardized system for accessibility and efficiency.
  • •Deploy and sustain SEAL system BKMs globally to ensure critical processes remain standardized and maintained.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering role focused on tool and process optimization.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a group setting.
  • •Excellent communication skills to maintain alignment with collaborators.
  • •Preferred: advanced degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
