Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in overall architecture design and implementation of Trust & Safety data application platforms, defining architecture specifications and leading implementation.
  • •Optimize data application architecture to improve stability and efficiency and reduce complexity and storage/calculation/service cost.
  • •Design and implement systematic support for data integration, offline development, real-time development, data governance, and BI analysis.
  • •Establish technical influence within and outside the department, cultivate talent, coach the team, and improve R&D capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related discipline.
  • •Experience with software development in at least one of C++, Python, or Java.
  • •Proficiency with server technology stack for distributed/high-concurrency scenarios (e.g., RPC, message queue, link tracking, service governance).
  • •Experience with big data systems and related technologies such as Spark, Flink, ClickHouse, and HBase.
  • •Strong communication and teamwork skills; data insight and related technologies (machine learning, statistical analysis) are preferred.
