Job Summary

Use data and analytics to improve operational performance for aircraft spare parts. You’ll build analytical models, dashboards, and presentations, develop data tables and pipelines, and monitor results from implemented solutions. Partner with planning teams and stakeholders to identify supply chain inefficiencies, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver strategic recommendations that drive operating cost savings and stronger airline operability.

•Develop analytical models and create data visualizations and presentations to improve operational performance around aircraft spare parts.
•Improve operational metrics by designing, developing, and monitoring solutions and their results.
•Collaborate with planning and operations teams (Line and Base Planning, Network Planning, Base Material Planning, AOG, Stores) to identify process improvements.
•Create and present strategic and operational analysis with recommendations to influence key stakeholders and senior management.
•Develop data tables and pipelines for use in applications and analysis, and support team members with complex queries.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field with 3 years related experience.
•Experience using analytical models and methodologies in an airline setting (operations, supply chain, analytics) or quantitative forecasting.
•Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills and ability to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in SQL and ability to extract and analyze large datasets to generate recommendations.
•Experience with Microsoft Azure and analytics/data tooling (e.g., Databricks, data lakes) plus data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
