Use SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics skills to power data-driven decisions for commercial and operational teams. Build dashboards, define and track key metrics, and help teams quickly detect underperformance. Partner with international and local stakeholders to develop new data insights, propose initiatives to improve menu quality and cross-selling, and lead business projects from analysis through implementation. Communicate insights through clear data storytelling to diverse audiences.
