Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Global Private Client team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • •Coordinate client appointments, virtual consultations, event planning, and travel logistics where required.
  • •Create digital edits and product selections using Tulip, and prepare product recommendations and styling presentations.
  • •Produce weekly and monthly sales reports, analyze client data for opportunities, and support KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years' experience within Luxury Retail, CRM, Clienteling or Hospitality.
  • •Experience supporting high-net-worth or VIC clientele is advantageous.
  • •Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience working within an international team.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas) and strong reporting.
