Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business leaders and HR partners on talent management and development initiatives.
  • •Design and manage project plans and timelines for talent programs, tracking progress and facilitating stakeholder meetings.
  • •Implement and run the end-to-end talent review process in partnership with the Americas Talent Team.
  • •Conduct organizational assessments and diagnostics, identify root causes, and implement solutions to improve effectiveness, engagement, and performance.
  • •Manage performance management, competency framework rollouts, and executive coaching partnerships, including onboarding and participant support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • •10+ years in talent management/talent development leadership or an HR role heavily focused on talent management/talent development.
  • •Experience managing and implementing enterprise-wide programs/projects such as organizational health surveys and competency models.
  • •Experience with Korn Ferry competency set and SuccessFactors (desired).
  • •Experience with vendor selection, negotiation, and management; certifications in assessment tools are strongly preferred.
