Job Summary

Lead enterprise talent pipeline building by designing, coordinating, and implementing talent management and development processes. Serve as a subject matter expert across talent reviews, succession planning, talent development, assessments, and performance management. Partner with business leaders and HR to run initiatives, manage the talent review process, oversee competency and executive coaching programs, and conduct organizational assessments to improve engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business leaders and HR partners on talent management and development initiatives.
•Design and manage project plans and timelines for talent programs, tracking progress and facilitating stakeholder meetings.
•Implement and run the end-to-end talent review process in partnership with the Americas Talent Team.
•Conduct organizational assessments and diagnostics, identify root causes, and implement solutions to improve effectiveness, engagement, and performance.
•Manage performance management, competency framework rollouts, and executive coaching partnerships, including onboarding and participant support.

Salary: USD 170,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
•10+ years in talent management/talent development leadership or an HR role heavily focused on talent management/talent development.
•Experience managing and implementing enterprise-wide programs/projects such as organizational health surveys and competency models.
•Experience with Korn Ferry competency set and SuccessFactors (desired).
•Experience with vendor selection, negotiation, and management; certifications in assessment tools are strongly preferred.
