Job Summary

Support the Specialty Finance Lending (SFL) portfolio by administering loans pre- and post-closing, monitoring risk and compliance, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating operational activities across internal teams and external stakeholders. Serve as a secondary—and sometimes primary—contact for clients/borrowers and third parties, prepare regular portfolio reporting, review borrowing base and servicer reports, and assist with audits and due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in loan documentation, closing, booking, and system setup (LoanIQ).
•Coordinate and approve advance/paydown requests and settlements of principal, interest, and fees.
•Assist in managing amendments, renewals, waivers, joinders, and other loan restructurings for existing and new facilities.
•Review borrowing base and servicer reports for compliance; monitor covenant adherence and support audits/due diligence.
•Serve as secondary or primary contact for clients/borrowers and third parties, and prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly portfolio and settlement reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in loan operations, commercial lending, or financial services.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Familiarity with loan systems such as LoanIQ and Hogan.
•Experience with loan documentation, closing procedures, and compliance reporting.
•Strong understanding of financial statements, borrowing base structures, and waterfall payments.
