Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the day-to-day client interface, providing leadership and direction to deliver cost management services.
  • •Develop and present cost plans and estimates, including reviewing design and contractor submissions to produce cost estimate updates.
  • •Manage change orders across the construction lifecycle, reconciling changes and ensuring contractor data accuracy.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, valuations, and cost checking, including post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports and support final account negotiation, contingency management, commitment tracking, and built-cost record benchmarking.

Salary: USD 135,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related.
  • •5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or actively working towards accreditation (preferred).
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large-scale projects with medium to high complexity.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of procurement routes, value management, and value engineering, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
