Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with activities of daily living (personal hygiene, meals, medications) while promoting independence and well-being.
  • •Implement individualized care plans and behavioral strategies to maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment, and facilitate social/recreational activities to enhance quality of life.
  • •Document services, track progress, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • •Administer and monitor medications, including subcutaneous injections, ensuring accuracy, proper storage, and adherence to physician orders.
  • •Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client health outcomes and contribute informed recommendations regarding medication management.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in California.
