Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Root cause inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Manage operational execution across shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities using metrics to drive strategies.
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment and development; evaluate performance with company tools and provide constant feedback; open and close the store per BOH standards.
