Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction.
  • •Review status of work completed during the period covered and ensure work is in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Review subcontractor agreements, bonds/subcontractor default insurance, change orders, and developer cost reports; provide feedback on budget sufficiency and contingency.
  • •Prepare project status reports and recommend the release of construction funds; oversee disbursement schedules.
  • •Review construction contract drawings and specifications for completeness and compliance with architectural/engineering best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Fifteen (15) years full time paid professional experience in Construction and/or a combination of Project and Construction Management of Public/Educational Facility Construction.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • •Five (5) of the fifteen (15) years should have full responsibility for coordinating complex projects with construction values in excess of $20M.
  • •Certifications may include PE, RA, CCM, AAAE, LEED, PMP, AICP, etc.
  • •Education and K-12 experience is preferred
