Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end billing processes: finalize end-user agreements, collaborate with operations to ensure data accuracy, generate and submit final bills, and reconcile payments in SAP ERP.
  • •Manage collections and credit risk: monitor aging, negotiate payment arrangements, and escalate unresolved cases; define optimal credit policies.
  • •Ensure compliance and controls: maintain internal controls, support audits, and implement policies to safeguard receivables.
  • •Reporting and analysis: prepare AR KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for decision-making.
  • •Process improvement and technology optimization: identify inefficiencies, drive automation, and optimize systems for billing and collections processes

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)
  • •8+ years in AR, billing, credit or collections; minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role
  • •Knowledge of GAAP, receivables internal controls, and regulatory requirements
  • •ERP proficiency with SAP, Oracle; experience with CRM systems
  • •Strong team building and mentoring abilities
  • •Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interactions with customers and internal stakeholders
