Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine and non-routine inventory inquiries, including collection, verification, and reporting of material levels and customer demand.
  • •Complete scheduled and random cycle counts aligned with JLR parts schedules and Standard Work/Quality processes.
  • •Reconcile cycle count results against AOS and SAP systems and escalate discrepancies as required.
  • •Manage and control documentation for cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
  • •Investigate pack line and shipping lane discrepancies and produce internal KPI reports, including Pareto analysis, to support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working within an automotive and/or logistics environment.
  • •Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage documentation accurately.

  • •Working knowledge of AOS and SAP systems (advantage).
  • •Willingness to work in a two-shift operation (launch of the second shift expected in September 2027).
