Job Summary

Own enterprise endpoint management for global client environments, serving as the technical lead for Workspace ONE (UEM/Access/Intelligence), Microsoft Intune, and SCCM/ConfigMgr. Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot endpoint and application technologies; drive patching, vulnerability remediation, and Windows 11 migration; and build automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. Provide governance, escalation support, and disaster recovery/testing while mentoring engineers and supporting automation and service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Deploy and maintain Workspace ONE architecture (UEM, Access, Intelligence) and manage enrollment, provisioning, and configuration of mobile and Windows endpoints.
•Architect and implement Workspace ONE/SCCM/ConfigMgr and Microsoft Intune environments, including enterprise hierarchy design, DP placement, boundaries, and co-management strategies.
•Own enterprise patch management and lead vulnerability remediation by integrating Qualys/Tenable findings with SCCM/Intune patch deployment cycles, including emergency zero-day response.
•Lead advanced OS deployment and provisioning, including Windows 11 migration, Autopilot/Intune Zero Touch frameworks, OSD platform operations, and golden image pipelines.
•Drive automation and integration using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API, provide client delivery governance and escalation support, and mentor Grade 7–9 engineers.

Key Requirements

•Expert-level experience with Workspace ONE/Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr, including site architecture, hierarchy design, OSD, patch management, and reporting.
•Expert Microsoft Intune experience across full MDM/MAM lifecycle, co-management, Autopilot, WUfB, and Conditional Access.
•Enterprise Windows 10/11 deployment skills including task sequences, MDT, WinPE, driver management, and Autopilot zero-touch provisioning.
•Strong identity-driven endpoint management knowledge with Azure AD/Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, device trust, and RBAC.
•Advanced automation and reporting ability using PowerShell (including SCCM SDK and Graph API) plus SQL Server and Power BI for compliance dashboards.
