Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary technical authority for enterprise PKI and certificate management solutions, establishing secure identity-centric access control frameworks.
  • •Design, engineer, and integrate PKI components (CA/RA/VA, OCSP repeaters/responders) and incorporate MFA tokens, OTP, and HSMs into the PKI.
  • •Configure and support centralized credential management systems for credential governance across legacy and modern architectures.
  • •Plan, design, install, and troubleshoot data center systems, cybersecurity stacks, and VTE platforms across CONUS/OCONUS environments, including Windows/UNIX/Linux server ecosystems.
  • •Develop requirements and verification procedures, perform customer acceptance testing, monitor performance, and implement performance tuning while coordinating engineering and business-development support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma with 9+ years (or commensurate experience) and current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, CASP).
  • •Secret clearance and must be prepared for international travel up to 40% at customer locations.
  • •Deep knowledge of federated identity concepts and protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and Active Directory/LDAP architecture.
  • •Solid PKI expertise, including certificate inventory management, Registration Authorities, ADCS, and HSMs.
  • •Hands-on experience with Smart Card/CAC authentication, PKI validation, and integrating MFA with hardware tokens (YubiKey, FortiToken) and software OTP (Okta, MS Authenticator).
