Job Summary

Drive business development across commercial risk insurance solution lines by supporting growth planning and market assessment. Identify corporate clients’ unmet needs, shape and introduce solutions to prospects, and strengthen effective portfolios. Proactively pursue cross-sell opportunities to deepen relationships and increase share of wallet, while partnering with colleagues across solution lines and geographies.

•Handle business development for all commercial risk insurance solution lines.
•Support the growth planning framework with ongoing market assessment and opportunity exploration.
•Discover corporate clients’ unmet needs and organize offerings with partners across solution lines and geographies.
•Introduce solutions to prospects and help build and strengthen effective portfolios.
•Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen relationships and increase share of wallet.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
•Mandarin and competent English skills.
•Total working experience of more than 5 years.
•3+ years experience in corporate banking or a legal background.
•Strong interpersonal, presentation, and teamwork communication skills.
