Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize HSBC’s network across CIB, BB, IWPB, and relevant business units to grow quality clients for Private Banking.
  • •Develop collaboration strategies and align interests between global businesses and Private Banking booking centers.
  • •Manage collaboration activities between GPB China and other global businesses across markets including Hong Kong, Singapore, UK, UAE, and US.
  • •Establish internal marketing programs and schemes to support prospecting and relationship building with internal partners and stakeholders.
  • •Track and review collaboration efforts, provide insights to GPB management, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of relevant experience in financial institutions, with relevant qualifications.
  • •Broad knowledge of universal banking models, with preference in corporate banking, investment banking, and wealth management.
  • •Strong data analytics and interpretation skills, plus proficiency in MS Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel).
  • •Fluent English and Chinese speaking, with professional English writing.
  • •Experience managing complex stakeholders, including influencing, negotiating, and partnering.
