Job Summary

Strategic IC-focused role leading the end-to-end deployment of Scale’s Agentic AI within NRO and NGA. Own the full lifecycle from requirements shaping to contract navigation, partner engagement with SES-level sponsors, and program execution. Drive multi-year IC contracts, orchestrate alliances with Tier-1 primes, and translate operational GEOINT needs into scalable technical specifications for Scale’s engineers.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Full-Spectrum Capture & Quota Ownership: Carry and exceed a multi-million dollar annual revenue quota across NRO and NGA, owning the full lifecycle from shaping requirements to closing deals
•Mission Partner Engagement: Develop and execute deep account strategies with SES sponsors, PEOs, and mission-area leads; align with GEOINT roadmaps
•IC Acquisition Navigation: Leverage NGA BAAs, NRO OTAs, and classified vehicles; shape white papers, respond to RFIs, and architect deals for IC oversight
•Agentic Solutioning for GEOINT & Overhead Intelligence: Co-design AI workflows with analysts and mission engineers; translate operational needs into buildable specs for Scale’s engineering team
•SI & Prime Orchestration: Manage teaming agreements with Tier 1 primes (Leidos, Booz Allen, Northrop Grumman, Maxar, L3Harris); negotiate sub-contracts and protect programmatic position

Key Requirements

•10+ years in enterprise technology sales, business development, or program capture specifically within the IC, with NRO and/or NGA as primary accounts
•Proven multi-year IC contracts exceeding $25M closed and implemented
•Domain fluency in GEOINT, overhead collection, imagery exploitation, Foundation GEOINT Services, ISR data pipelines, and multi-INT fusion
•IC acquisition expertise with NGA BAAs, IC OTAs, NRO acquisition vehicles, and program of record dynamics
•Active TS/SCI clearance; Full Scope Polygraph strongly preferred; BS/BA required; willingness to travel 20-30%
