Mission System Lead, Seabed Sentry

Lead mission systems software engineering for Seabed Sentry autonomous underwater vehicles. Own and evolve mission autonomy logic—from environment understanding and safe navigation to obstacle/threat response and complex mission execution—while providing technical leadership, hands-on development, and roadmap guidance. Build and grow a small team, drive integration and customer engagement, and maintain traceability to program decisions. Collaborate across maritime and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, fleet-ready capabilities.
