Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a technical leader owning software for Seabed Sentry.
  • •Manage and develop a small team (3–4 employees), setting priorities, delegating work, and coaching/mentoring.
  • •Own the architecture, implementation, and deployment of mission autonomy logic for underwater vehicles.
  • •Drive development processes and delivery/iteration of payloads and mission systems.
  • •Write and maintain core robotics mission libraries, manage feature rollouts to the fleet, and organize integration events.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional C++ or Rust programming experience in a Linux development environment.
  • •System architecture experience and hands-on experience developing software for embedded and physical devices.
  • •Proven understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and code optimization.
  • •Experience with distributed software platforms and application architectures under dynamic network topologies.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
