Job Summary

Perform vehicle repair and maintenance according to dealer and factory standards at Rockville Audi. Diagnose malfunctions, communicate with the parts department for required components, and document work performed. Key Responsibilities

•Receive repair orders from dispatcher and take vehicles to the stall area.
•Perform repairs as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy per dealer and factory standards.
•Diagnose causes of malfunctions, perform repairs, and document work performed.
•Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and save/tag parts for warranty work if requested.
•Supervise apprentice technicians as assigned and attend factory-sponsored training while keeping abreast of technical bulletins.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 52 hourly

•High school diploma or the equivalent.
